Avangarde Forest is a residential complex which deserves, as its name suggests, an avangarde communication, which was unfortunately missing because of the lack of targeted leads. What we did was to answer our client’s challenge and help generate smartly targeted new leads.
The real estate market is an extremely competitive one and present in digital, so Avangarde Forest needed to visibly stand out from its competition. We created a custom strategy, consolidated on well defined business USPs. In the first stage, the strategy studied the competitors in the category, then followed the projecting of the lead generation funnel and the planning of the activities according to each traffic source.
We progressed in stages, at first finessing everything related to Software Development, the website receiving a considerable design refresh and functionalities:
- We rebuilt the site for better usability
- We created dedicated landing pages, optimised for Marketing campaigns
- We created new content, supported through verbal and visual communication
- We facilitated the interaction with the brand via a substantial upgrade of the contact page
In the next stage, we worked extensively on the Marketing side. Our main focus was the lead generation funnel, carefully analysed during the entire roll-out of the campaigns, so it could have time to reach the business goals.
